If you're lucky enough to get a fly in your coffee after having a refill, don't waste your time telling the manager. He will blame it on the air vents. He was cunning enough to avoid my table when asking all the ones around us "how was your breakfast ?"Also remember North Carolina, that a 96 sanitation rating is not that great and there's is below that.

I had a great time and my waitress was great. The food was delicious and hot. My waitress was great she was very attentive filling drinks without being ask. I highly recommend you visit.
I love Waffle House because of their fast, friendly service accompanied by good food for good prices. This location had all of that except that out waitress messed up the orders for three members in my party of five and they were very busy at the same time, so it was difficult to flag down any server to correct the orders. I will probably give them another chance the next time I am in this neck of the woods because of my exceptional history with the Waffle House franchise.
